We were deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Alain Lemieux, at the age of 57.

Alain was a beloved and integral part of the Canadian qualitative market research community for over 25 years, leaving an indelible mark on the industry and the people he worked with.

Starting his career at Descarie & complices, Alain joined Ipsos in 2005, and spent a decade as Qualitative Research Coordinator, before starting his own firm, INOWE Canada Marketing Inc. in 2014.

Throughout his career, Alain demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients alike.

Beyond his professional achievements, Alain was known for his warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness. His collaborative spirit and willingness to mentor and support others created a positive and nurturing environment for all who had the privilege of working alongside him. He built strong, lasting relationships and was always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a thoughtful piece of advice.

Alain’s partnership and kindness will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of working with him. His passing is a profound loss, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him and in the many contributions he made to the field.
